The iconic Concorde first took to the skies on 2nd March 1969, with the first British flight taking place a month later, from Filton on 9th April 1969. Why not celebrate this special year with a group visit to Aerospace Bristol?

Concorde didn’t have a first class section - on Concorde, every seat was first class - and it’s the same at Aerospace Bristol. Our friendly and knowledgeable team are committed to delivering the best possible experience for every visitor and will ensure that all members of your group enjoy a first class day out.

If you choose not to go for the Concorde50 package (below) - but would still like to book a group visit for over 20 or more - you can enjoy the following fantastic benefits:

  • Discounted group rates: 

    • For visits in 2019: Adult £12.00 (saving 27%), Child £7.00 (saving 22%)

    • For visits in 2020: Adult £12.50 (saving 26%), Child £7.50 (saving 21%)

  • Guided highlight tours available for an additional £5pp

    • For visits in 2020, two new tours - the Heritage Tour and the Concorde Tour - will be available for £6pp. See below for details

  • Free coach and minibus parking on site with 6 dedicated coach spaces available

Travel through time with an expert guide, stopping off at pivotal moments and gaining a deeper insight into key exhibits, extraordinary aviation achievements and the lives of the remarkable people involved.

Our friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable guides will be happy to share interesting and amusing stories, fascinating facts and astounding statistics, and answer your group’s questions as you take an enthralling highlight flight spanning more than one hundred years of aviation history.

Price: £5 per person, plus admission

Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

The Concorde Tour - NEW FOR 2020!

Join us to learn about the supersonic superstar that is Concorde, just across the runway from where all British Concordes were built. As you walk around the last Concorde to be built and the last to fly, we’ll take you on a journey all the way from Concorde’s beginnings in the 1950s to its retirement in 2003. Learn about many of its engineering triumphs, record breaking achievements and the social history of those who flew and worked on this ground breaking aeroplane.

Price: £6 per person, plus admission

Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

Take off on a journey through more than 100 years of Bristol’s aerospace history. Find out how a small, pioneering company manufactured some of the earliest aeroplanes at Filton, evolved over the decades to influence the course of aviation history and shaped the world we see today. With an expert guide and our stunning collection as a backdrop, discover how Bristol changed the world.
