We want to make it as easy as possible for you to arrange a group visit to Aerospace Bristol. To get started, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. You may also wish to view our opening hours and browse our groups menu.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

General Admission

  • Groups of 15 or more are eligible for our group discount, with tickets priced at £14.00 for adults and £9.00 for children for single day museum entry. We offer free admission for the group leader and coach driver (if applicable) for group sizes of 15+.  

  • Group admission tickets are single use only, although you, or individual members of your party, are very welcome to upgrade your tickets for annual use if you wish, on the day of your visit (excluding free group leader and coach driver tickets) this will cost an extra £5.50 for adults and £3.00 for children (age 4-17).

  • Tickets are valid for date of pre-booked trip only; however, if there are unforeseen circumstances that result in a member/s of your group not being able to attend the group visit, when collecting tickets on the day, the group organiser can ask for any unused tickets to be validated to use at an alternative date. Please note that Group tickets without the Duty Manager validation stamp will not be accepted on a future date. 

  • A non-refundable £105 deposit, payable at the time of booking, is required to secure your booking. Once the deposit is paid this them means your booking is secured in our calendar.

  • For groups of less than 15, you may purchase tickets individually or pay a flat fee of £210 If you are unsure which option is best for your group, please contact the Box Office.

Guided Tours

  • We will be delighted to offer your party a guided tour to add to your visit, this will cost an additional £7 per person, including the group leader. (Subject to availability)

  • Should your party be less than 15 in number, tours can still be arranged for a flat fee of £105

  • Guided tours will not be confirmed, until the deposit of £105 is made

Shop

  • Aerospace Bristol has a fantastic shop that sells bespoke gifts. We want your group to enjoy a memorable day out at the museum and to have the opportunity to take a memento away with them. All shop sales support Bristol Aero Collection Trust in its aim to inspire future generations.

Catering

  • Please speak to our bookings team about our prearranged catering options. The group organiser must select one menu option for the entire group. Please inform us if any of your party have dietary requirements, at least 10 days before your planned visit.

  • A £105 deposit, at the time of booking, to secure your chosen food options. Catering will not be booked until the deposit is made

  • The final balance for your group booking, must be paid at least 10 days prior to your planned visit, if the balance is not paid within this time frame, your catering booking will be cancelled.

Payment and changes

  • To make payment by credit/debit card please call or email our helpful Box Office team (details below) you can also pay by cheque, made payable to Aerospace Bristol. BACS payments can also be arranged.  

  • The balance of your booking must be paid, at least 10 days before your planned visit, if you cancel your visit with less than seven days’ notice, Aerospace Bristol will retain your entire balance

  • If you require an invoice, this must be arranged at least 10 days prior to your visit through the Box Office and cannot be administered on the day.

  • Admission to Aerospace Bristol is only permitted once all payment has been received

  • If you would like to amend any details of your booking, please contact the Box Office team with at least seven days’ notice. We cannot guarantee additional spaces on a guided tour for members joining on the day without prior arrangement, although we will do our best to accommodate.

  • If you cancel your booking to Aerospace Bristol with less than 10 days’ notice, Aerospace Bristol will retain the entire balance. If you cancel your booking with more than 10 days’ notice, all deposits will be retained by Aerospace Bristol, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Arrivals

  • Please notify us if your group will be arriving by coach and we will be happy to reserve a coach parking space for you, subject to availability. For your safety and the safety of other museum visitors, please disembark the coach at your allocated space, not at the museum entrance.  

  • Please arrive at admissions at least 15 minutes before your tour. This ensures that tours commence at their designated time. We understand that you may be late due to issues out of your control, such as traffic, but please do call us Tue-Fri 10am-2pm on 01179 315 315 or 07375 085 384 Sat-Sun should you be delayed.
