Aerospace Bristol’s new café, Flightline Kitchen + Bar, offers hot and cold drinks, freshly baked sweet treats, snacks, sandwiches and a variety of meals, including breakfast burritos, burgers, salads and flatbreads.

Menus will change throughout the year, using local ingredients from suppliers such as Clifton Coffee, Severn & Wye Smokery, Cotswold Distillery, Hobbs House Bakery, and Bath Soft Cheese Company.

Situated inside one of the museum’s grade-II listed aircraft hangars, the redesigned space draws inspiration from Bristol’s aerospace heritage. Flightline was the name of the factory canteen that served workers at Filton, as they built iconic aircraft like the Bristol Britannia in the 1950s and Concorde in the 1960s and 1970s.
