FLIGHTLINE KITCHEN + BAR

OPENING THIS APRIL

Introducing Flightline Kitchen + Bar, our new café, opening this April!

The café will offer hot and cold drinks, freshly baked sweet treats, snacks, sandwiches and a variety of meals, including breakfast burritos, burgers, salads and flatbreads. Menus will change throughout the year, using local ingredients from suppliers such as Clifton Coffee, Severn & Wye Smokery, Cotswold Distillery, Hobbs House Bakery, and Bath Soft Cheese Company.

Situated inside one of the museum’s grade-II listed aircraft hangars, the redesigned space will draw inspiration from Bristol’s aerospace heritage. Flightline was the name of the factory canteen that served workers at Filton, as they built iconic aircraft like the Bristol Britannia in the 1950s and Concorde in the 1960s and 1970s.

CAFÉ UNDER CONCORDE

Construction on the new café is underway ahead of the opening in April! In the meantime, you can still enjoy all your favourites, including hot and cold drinks, lunches and sweet treats, in the temporary Café under Concorde.

Please note that a museum ticket is required to access Café under Concorde during this period.

Thank you for your patience. We look forward to welcoming you to the new Flightline Kitchen + Bar soon!
