As a unique venue, we are pleased to work with each and every client with regards to your requirements. Our Standard Day Delegate Rate starts from £60.60 pp + VAT.

John James Theatre

Adjacent to the nose of Concorde and complete with raked seating, The John James Theatre offers the perfect venue for audio-visual presentations.

Perfect for: Talks, Lectures, Film screenings, Presentations, Product Launches.

Capacity: Theatre: 146 including 4 wheelchair users, Cabaret: 70

The Studio

The Studio is adjacent to The John James Theatre and comes as part of a Day Delegate Rate.

Perfect for: Board Meetings, Exhibition space, Training sessions

Conference Suites:

The New York Room

Concorde took less than 3.5 hours to fly from London to New York. The record for the return flight to London was  just two hours, 52 minutes  and 59 seconds.
The New York is ideal for up to 50 guests.

The Miami Room

Between 1984 and 1991, British Airways flew a Concorde service between London and Miami three times per week.

Accommodating up to 14 guests, the Miami room is the perfect choice for smaller events, such as meetings, private dining and birthday parties.

The Washington Room

On 24th May 1976, British Airways and Air France Concordes simultaneously touched down in Washington D.C. for the first time.

The Washington room is a flexible space designed to accommodate a wide variety of occasions.

Miami and Washington Rooms combined

In March 1984, British Airways opened a Concorde route to Miami via Washington D.C.

For larger events, or to create an Expo experience, the Miami and Washington rooms can be combined.

Enjoy first class catering by Fosters Events when you hold your events at Aerospace Bristol. From large conference and corporate events to intimate meetings and dinners, Fosters take pride in delivering only the very best, using only the finest seasonal ingredients.

Special dietary requirements, such as gluten free, are catered for, and vegetarian alternatives are offered on all menus.

Please note all catering is done by Fosters Events only. No outside caterers are permitted onsite.
