Behind the Scenes of the Concorde After-Hours: Mach 1 Tour at Aerospace Bristoll
On Saturday, 22nd February, Aerospace Bristol hosted the first Concorde After-Hours Tour of 2025—Mach One—offering an exclusive experience to 36 lucky guests.
Participants had the unique opportunity to step onboard the legendary Concorde, explore its luxurious cabin and flight deck, and enjoy a photo opportunity to capture the moment.
In the Concorde gallery, guests delved into the aircraft's fascinating history through the exhibit and mock flight deck. They also had the chance to get an up-close view of Concorde’s innovative design.
The tour was led by former Concorde at Filton guides. Host Paul Evans guided guests through the forward cabin, while Ken Rickets provided a look into the flight deck, allowing visitors to experience the cockpit of the iconic Alpha Foxtrot firsthand.
Nigel Ferris and Colin Smith expertly led the ground tours, offering further insights into the remarkable history and engineering behind Concorde.
We’re incredibly grateful for their dedication and support in making this tour such a success.
