An Audience with Fred Finn, the world’s most travelled man
Aerospace Bristol is delighted to announce, An Audience with Fred Finn hosted by former BBC Radio Devon host and South-West broadcasting legend, David Fitzgerald. The evening will celebrate the launch of Fred Finn’s autobiography, Sonic Boom.
With a Guinness world record of 718 flights on Concorde between 1976 and 2003 – all in seat 9A, Fred Finn is the world’s most travelled man. He has experienced both the first and last flight of Concorde and names the aeroplane as his favourite mode of transport.
The evening will start with a refreshing welcome drink and a copy of Fred Finn’s brand-new autobiography, Sonic Boom. Attendees can then enjoy a captivating talk followed by a Q&A with Fred Finn as he shares stories of his travel adventures.
Audience members will also have a chance to step on board the last Concorde ever to fly, with a unique photo opportunity right next to Fred in seat 9A. Alongside, the Concorde exhibition will be open for audiences to explore and the museum’s upcoming temporary exhibition, The Fashion of Flight.
