Le Mans-Winning Bristol 450 Replica on Display at Aerospace Bristol
This May half term, visitors to Aerospace Bristol can see the replica Bristol 450, the car that made history at the 1954 Le Mans 24 Hour race.
The Bristol 450s finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their 2-litre class and secured 7th, 8th and 9th overall. Despite spending much of the race behind the smaller OSCA, leaders Peter Wilson and Jim Mayers finished more than 30 laps ahead of the next class competitor, Fraser-Nash.
Don't miss the chance to view this iconic car at Aerospace Bristol this half term.
