After-hours talk: Adventure in the sky 1990-2025

FREE

26 March | 6-8:30pm

The RAeS Bristol Branch, the British Women Pilots’ Association and Aerospace Bristol invite you to this talk to celebrate Women’s History Month

This talk is about adventure: what Fiona has done with some of the amazing, affordable technology available for personal flight. Mother of four at the time, it was paragliding that first got Fiona in the air - and enabled her first four world records. Becoming a grandmother, power-flying two and four seaters has enabled expeditions in both hemispheres, air-racing, Royal Aero Club recognition and more world records, and provides some interesting 'tales'.

Refreshment served from 18:00 and the lecture will start at 18:30.
