TERMINOLOGY
The term “Bristol Aero Collection Trust” or “Aerospace Bristol” refers to the owners of this website, whose registered address is The Clock Tower, 5 Farleigh Court, Old Weston Road, Flax Bourton, Bristol BS48 1UR.
Our company registration number is 02689238. Our registered charity number is 1010632.
BAC Trading Limited (company registration number 05078738) with registered office address at The Clock Tower, 5 Farleigh Court, Old Weston Road, Flax Bourton, Bristol BS48 1UR is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bristol Aero Collection Trust and performs the Trust’s trading activities. All profits of the trading company are transferred to Bristol Aero Collection Trust under a gift aid declaration.
‘We’, ‘us’, ‘ourselves’ and ‘the company’ means Bristol Aero Collection Trust and BAC Trading Limited.
‘You’, ‘your’ and ‘client’ refers to the person(s) accessing this website.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All proceeds from ticket sales are used to support the charitable purposes of Bristol Aero Collection Trust, which include promoting and assisting in the display, understanding and enjoyment by the public of our museum and exhibits contained within.
Additional Gift Aid revenue from the government is donated in full to Bristol Aero Collection Trust.
Most areas at Aerospace Bristol have partial disabled access (please enquire about our registered disabled rates on our website or by calling 0117 9315 315). We regret that, with the exception of assistance and guide dogs, animals are not permitted on site.
OPENING TIMES
Bristol Aero Collection Trust reserves the right to change opening times, prices, validity of ticket duration and availability of all exhibits without notice.
Opening times are 10am - 5pm, 7 days a week excluding certain dates and as per restrictions below.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS, PROMOTIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Once tickets have been bought online, an email will be sent with the ticket confirmation. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the email details are correct at the time of purchase.
All open dated tickets must be claimed at the attraction within one year of the purchase date.
Tickets to Aerospace Bristol and to all ticketed events are non-refundable.
Tickets may not be resold and must be used by the original ticket holder.
Tickets may not be used in competitions or giveaways or for any other promotional purposes without prior permission in writing from the Aerospace Bristol marketing team
Replacements cannot be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
If a ticketed event is cancelled for any reason, then a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. Aerospace Bristol takes no responsibility for transport, accommodation or any other costs associated with a cancelled event.
If a ticketed event is postponed for any reason, then refunds or exchanges will be available within 7 days of the notification of the new event date.
