We are forever grateful to the Trusts and Foundations that lent their support during the museum’s early development stages. We have since continued to work with Trusts and Foundations that share our mission and values. Together, we are preserving the nation’s heritage whilst inspiring future generations to become the scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs of the future.

The generous support of Trusts and Foundations has allowed us to take thousands of visitors on an immersive and interactive journey through the decades of flight. They have supported our extensive learning programme allowing children and young people to make real-life links with STEM, and for inspirational museum stories and activities to be taken out into the community through outreach work. We have also been able to develop our volunteer programme to ensure Bristol’s heritage is preserved for current and future generations to experience and enjoy.
