Concorde Rolled Out at Toulouse 57 Years Ago This Month

In December 1967 Concorde 001 was first rolled out at Toulouse.

001's maiden flight would be one year, and a few months later, on March 2nd, 1969, with Chief Test Pilot Andre Turcat at the controls.

The roll-out ceremony was attended by the then Minister of Technology, Anthony Neil Wedgewood Benn.
