Concorde After Hours tours are back with a new Mach Two experience
Aerospace Bristol is excited to announce the second installation of the Concorde After-Hour tours, the Mach Two experience.
This 2.5-hour tour begins with a refreshing welcome drink and a selection of delicious canapés. Visitors will then embark on an in-depth exploration of the last Concorde ever to fly.
The tour is divided into four groups, each rotating through three sections. It starts with a Q&A session on board featuring former Concorde cabin crew member Neil Smith, who will share captivating stories from his experience on the final flight to Filton. While onboard, visitors can explore the forward cabin and flight deck, with a unique photo opportunity.
Next, guests will delve beneath Concorde to marvel at the engineering marvels that showcase the aircraft’s groundbreaking technology.
The Concorde Flight Deck Simulator and the Concorde Exhibition offer insights into the practical aspects of the aircraft and its rich history.
The tour culminates with a demonstration of the droop nose, where visitors can witness the Concorde’s nose dip 12 degrees, replicating its landing configuration.
