Dome Club Planetarium at Aerospace Bristol for World Space Week

Aerospace Bristol will celebrate World Space Week with the Dome Club Planetarium on Sunday, 6th October.

Join us for an exciting family planetarium show, where you can ask all the questions you want! Take a guided tour of the night sky, journey to the International Space Station and see what life is like for astronauts. Get hands-on with a meteorite and look out for shooting stars.

Then, embark on a thrilling ride through the Solar System, exploring nearby planets and the forces shaping our universe. Whether you're fascinated by stars, planets, or astronauts, this experience is sure to inspire awe and spark curiosity.

That’s not all! Enjoy a thrilling guided tour of outer-space, where you'll learn how to spot Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn, all visible in the sky. Then, dive into a 360° cinema experience to explore how scientists search for planets that could support life within our Solar System.

Discover the incredible technology behind robots that explore alien worlds and learn how exoplanets are discovered. We'll also tackle the big question: could intelligent life exist in our galaxy, or could we be the aliens ourselves?

Mario Di Maggio, founder of Dome Club Planetarium, shared, “I’ve been doing Dome Club Planetarium for 10 years and I always wanted to be a science communicator. Carl Sagan was my biggest inspiration”

Aerospace Bristol is proud to offer unique experiences and year-round access for every visitor. With tickets that provide free return visits for a year, there's always something happening at the museum. Our exhibits and activities are designed for families, ensuring learning and fun go hand in hand.
