Chocs Away! A look into Concorde’s culinary legacy
Amy Seadon, Head of Collections, Learning and Interpretation at Aerospace Bristol dives into the evolution of Concorde’s menus from 1970s to early 2000s.
Amy shares, “The style of each menu throughout the ages change, but the concept is always the same.”
She further shares, “As Concorde was not fully first class in terms of space, they prided themselves on their service, making the food and drinks as exceptional as possible.”
Each menu is a representation of the era it was set in, features luxury meals, refreshments and an extensive wine list.
To discover such intersections between food and aviation, visitors can join the Chocs Away! Easter trail at Aerospace Bristol, running from Saturday, 5th to Sunday, 27th April! 🚀
