South Gloucestershire Residents’ Support Day: A Free Event to Help Reduce the Cost of Living
In a joint effort to support South Gloucestershire residents, Mamas Bristol and Aerospace Bristol are partnering to host the South Gloucestershire Residents' Support Day—a free event aimed at connecting local residents with valuable resources and services to help reduce the cost of living.
The event will bring together businesses, charities, councils, and support services to offer practical solutions, community-based initiatives, and life-changing support. This collaborative event provides an opportunity for residents to access national and local service providers who can assist with a range of challenges, from financial advice to community services.
Mamas Bristol and Aerospace Bristol have worked hand-in-hand to deliver this event, focusing on bringing essential resources and support to local residents. Mamas Bristol’s ethos is rooted in the belief that community-driven change, supported by collective action, can create positive and lasting improvements in the lives of those who need it most. The organisation is committed to promoting affordability, sustainability, and inclusivity within the South Gloucestershire community.
Guests will enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and food from the café while exploring the support available.
For those interested in exploring the museum, admission tickets are available for purchase, allowing visitors to delve into over a century of aerospace history and step aboard the last Concorde ever to fly.
